Your registration for the event includes:

  • Bib number and participation to the race
  • Registration fees
  • Official timing by electronic chip
  • Refreshments and entertainment along the course
  • Safety and rescue services
  • The Competition Pass for non-licensed participants
  • A souvenir gift
  • The return of your swimming gear at the finish line

Medical certificate

First, for the non-licensed participants, don’t forget your medical certificate which is ESSENTIAL to collect your number (except for the animathlon where the medical certificate is not mandatory)!

Also, as a reminder, the medical certificate MUST include the following statement: “no contraindication to the practice of triathlon in competition, or sport in competition” and be less than one year old at the date of the event.

The fees differ between licensed and non-licensed participants because the non-licensed participants must purchase a day-license, the Competition Pass:

  • Pass-Compétition – Distance S: + 5 €
  • Pass-Compétition – Distance M: + 20 €
  • Pass-Compétition – Distance XL: + 40 €

The fees differ between licensed and non-licensed participants because the non-licensed participants must purchase a day-license, the Competition Pass:

  • + 2 € per unlicensed relayer in each relay on the Triathlon Distance S-1200
  • + 8 € per unlicensed relayer in each relay on the Triathlon Distance M-2200 and the Triathlon Distance XL-3800

In order to accommodate participants, registration is limited to:

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION (Pandemic, risk of terrorist attacks…):

  • In the case of cancellation of the event before 1st June, the organisation will retain a lump sum for administrative costs, whatever the reason for the cancellation, of 20% of the registration fee.
  • In case of cancellation of the event after 1st June, the organisation will retain a lump sum for administrative costs, whatever the reason for the cancellation, of 30% of the registration fee.

Be careful, the cancellation of the participant must be made 2 weeks before the event (= before 6th August 2023). No refund may be claimed if the cancellation is done after the 6th August 2023
