What are the registration fees?
You can find the registration fees for each race on the registration page of our website: CLICK HERE
Where can I register and until when?
Registration is only available online by CLICKING HERE, subject to availability. Online registration will close on 19 August 2026 at midday.
No on-site registration will be possible.
What is my race bib number?
Your race bib number will be communicated in the days leading up to the event and can be viewed in the List of Registered Participants, accessible via the following link: CLICK HERE
How can I modify my registration?
Your online registration file can be accessed via the link included in the confirmation email you received, and this file will remain accessible until 19 August at midday.
How can I check the status of my registration file (confirm that I am registered, WTC licence validated, etc.)?
You can check the status of your registration by going to the “List of registered participants” tab on the registration platform: CLICK HERE
Several situations may occur:
- “Registered” column
: You are registered; you can now check the “Status” column.
: You are not registered, usually due to a bib transfer or a cancellation request.
- “File Status” column
: Your file is complete.
: Your file is incomplete. Go to your personal file using the link received in your registration confirmation email, check the “File Status” section, and follow the instructions.
: Your file has been cancelled, meaning you are no longer registered.
If your name does not appear in the list at all, you are not registered. Once your registration is validated, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes. Also remember to check your spam folder.
I forgot to select the medal option when I registered. Can I still add it?
Yes, it is possible to add the medal option after your registration, as long as stocks are available.
To do so, go to your online athlete space (accessible via the registration confirmation email) and select the “Edit my registration” option. You will then be able to add the desired option directly online.
Please note that your online registration file remains accessible until August 19 at midday.
Can I modify my team / relay composition (injury, absence...)?
Yes, you can modify your relay team by changing the identity of one of your teammates. To do so, go to your personal registration page using the link provided in your registration confirmation email, then click on “Transfer my registration” and follow the instructions.
You can make this change online free of charge until August 19 at midday.
Can I switch to another race?
Yes, it is possible to switch to another race, depending on availability. To submit your request, please contact us by email via the Contact page of the website: CLICK HERE
Can I transfer my race bib?
Yes, you can transfer your race bib for free directly from your personal account:
If you can no longer take part but have a friend who wishes to participate in the same race, you can start the bib transfer procedure by following the steps below:
- Log in with your credentials to access your personal account.
- Transfer your bib by entering the email address of the person you wish to transfer it to in the dedicated field, then click on “Transfer my registration”. That person will then receive an email with a link inviting them to claim your bib.
Important information:
Bib transfer is only possible if the Be Ticketing cancellation insurance has not been activated.
Bib transfer is free; however, the registration platform only allows the transfer of the bib itself, not any additional options. These options will therefore be cancelled. If the person receiving the bib wishes to benefit from options (medal, Experience Licence, etc.), they will need to pay for them. Bib transfer is only possible until 19 August 2026 at midday. The person receiving the bib must have completed their information by this deadline.
Information for the person receiving your bib:
- Transferring a bib implies acceptance of the event regulations.
- If you receive a bib from a registered participant, you will not be able to purchase cancellation insurance or obtain a refund if you are unable to participate. This is not a choice made by the organisers but a limitation of the registration platform.
Specific case for relay races: For relay races, bib transfer must be done teammate by teammate. Each registered member of the team must log into their personal account and complete the transfer. The team name can be changed afterwards from the team’s account.
Can I cancel my registration?
According to the event regulations, Article 7 (CLICK HERE), you may cancel your registration under the following conditions:
A/ Using your cancellation insurance (= Be Ticketing insurance)
The organisation does not issue any refunds in the event of cancellation. Only participants who purchased this insurance can request a refund. Please note that refunds are processed according to the insurer’s terms and conditions.
How does the Be Ticketing cancellation insurance work?
- This Be Ticketing cancellation insurance must be purchased at the time of online registration.
- If you purchased this insurance during registration, simply log in to your personal space or refer to the contract received by email at the time of registration. From there, you can access the refund request link and follow the insurer’s instructions. Requests by email are not accepted.
- For team or relay events, a full team cancellation is only possible if each team member purchased cancellation insurance. If needed, each teammate must submit their own cancellation request separately.
Important information: This insurance is an external service, independent from the organisation. For any questions regarding cancellation insurance, you can contact them:

Please note: If you submit a refund request, your registration will be automatically cancelled and the insurer will handle your compensation. Once the request is submitted, the organisers cannot track the progress of your refund and cannot reinstate your registration status.
B/ Participants who did not purchase cancellation insurance and do not wish to transfer their bib
Anyone who did not purchase cancellation insurance at the time of online registration is not eligible for any refund in the event of cancellation.

Is there a finisher medal?
Yes, a finisher medal will be offered as an optional item during online registration. This finisher medal will be made of wood and crafted in our region.
Licence / FIS / Justificatif médical / Licence Expérience
Is a medical certificate mandatory?
Under the French Sport Law of 2 March 2022, the French Triathlon Federation, following the favourable opinion of its National Medical Commission issued on 9 February 2023, has decided to remove the requirement to present a medical certificate of no contraindication to sport and replace it with a Health Information Form (FIS). This form must be completed online during your registration.
The FIS is required for all participants, except holders of a valid FFTri Competition licence for the 2026 season.
If your Health Information Form (FIS) is not valid, you will be required to provide a medical certificate stating that you have no contraindication to practising sport/triathlon in competition, dated less than one year before the event.
Does the licence replace the Health Information Form (FIS)?
Only a valid FFTri Competition licence for the 2026 season replaces the Health Information Form.

Is the Experience Licence (formerly Pass Competition) mandatory?
YES, the Experience Licence (formerly Pass Competition) is mandatory for all participants in all races, except for holders of a valid FFTri Competition licence for the 2026 season. It must be purchased during your online registration. However, it will be free of charge only for athletes licensed with the triathlon federations of the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Spain, Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales), Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, and Tahiti.
Are foreign licences accepted?
Yes, valid licences from foreign triathlon federations are accepted. However, athletes must purchase an Experience Licence, which is valid for the day of the event, during their online registration.
This Experience Licence will be free of charge for athletes holding a licence from the triathlon federations of the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Spain, Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales), Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, and Tahiti.

- Saturday, 22 August from 6:30 am to 9:00 am at the Balneotherapy Centre in Saint-François-Longchamp (for S‑1200 and M‑2200 distances only)

What documents do I need to present to collect my race bib?
To collect your race bib, you will need:
- A valid proof of identity
- Your bib collection pass, received by email a few days before the event
You may also forward this bib collection pass to someone else so they can pick up your bib on your behalf. That person must have all your up‑to‑date documents with them.
What is my race bib number?

Can I pick up someone else’s race bib?
YES, you can pick up another person’s race bib by presenting a copy/photo of their ID as well as their race bib pickup pass.
Can I receive my race bib by postal mail?
No, it is not possible to receive your race bib by postal mail.

Are there toilets?
YES, you can use the toilets located in the parking area of the Swim Start site in Saint-Rémy-de-Maurienne.
To fill your bottles, a water point is available in the parking area, as well as the Snack Bar and the facilities at the Camping site.

What is the water temperature?
Generally, the water temperature of the lake in Saint‑Rémy‑de‑Maurienne is around 21–22°C.
Is a wetsuit mandatory for the swim?
Generally, the water temperature of the lake in Saint‑Rémy‑de‑Maurienne is around 21–22°C, so in these conditions, a wetsuit is not mandatory.
For reference, FFTRI regulations make wetsuits mandatory when the water temperature is below 16°C, and prohibit them when it exceeds 24.5°C.
Are there start waves?
No, wave starts are not planned.
Are there time barriers?
YES, time barriers are in place:
- L‑3400 Distance:
- At Notre-Dame-du-Cruet (km 88) at 2:15 pm
- At the 2nd transition (Bike ⇒ Run) at 4:15 pm
- M‑2200 Distance: at the 2nd transition (Bike ⇒ Run) at 2:30 pm
- S‑1200 Distance: at the 2nd transition (Bike ⇒ Run) at 1:30 pm
Any athlete who has not passed these checkpoints by the indicated times will be withdrawn from the race and will not be allowed to continue on the course.
How many refreshment stations are there on my race?
The details of the refreshment stations can be found on the page dedicated to the specific race (Practical Information section). You can also find these refreshment stations in the race regulations, Article 12: CLICK HERE
All races also have an additional refreshment station at the finish line.
What shoes should I wear for the run?
The run course alternates between road and trails within the Saint‑François‑Longchamp resort, with about 20% on trails (forest sections and a short downhill). Depending on your race distance, you will complete 1, 2, or 4 loops, which can make having the right shoes even more important.
Although the smoother sections can be run in road shoes, we recommend opting for trail‑type shoes with some grip to ensure better traction and increased safety on downhill or wooded parts.

Is there refreshment at the finish line?
YES, for all races!
Is there a post‑race meal?
No, no post‑race meal is planned.
However, you will still have the possibility to get food on site thanks to the establishments present.

The awards will be presented at the finish area in Saint-François-Longchamp at 4:00 pm.

Yes, showers will be available at the finish area, inside the balneotherapy centre in St‑François‑Longchamp. Access to the balneotherapy showers will be granted upon presentation of your race bib, which serves as proof of entry to the athletes’ area. Please note that wearing a swimsuit is mandatory: entering the showers naked is not permitted.

NO, it is strictly forbidden for any vehicle not belonging to the organisation to follow an athlete on the bike course. Doing so may result in the athlete being disqualified.
