Medical certificate and Health Info Form (HIF)
In accordance with the French Sport Law of March 2, 2022, the French Triathlon Federation, on the recommendation of its National Medical Commission on February 9, 2023, has decided to abolish the presentation of a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to the practice of sport, and to replace it with a Health Information Form (HIF). This form is to be completed directly online when you register.
The FIS is required of all participants, except holders of an FFTri Compétition license valid for the 2026 season.
In the event of an invalid Health Information Form (FIS), each participant is required to send a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of sport/triathlon in competition and dating less than one year to the date of the event.

For non-license holders, you will also need to purchase an Experience License (formerly Pass Compétition). This license is automatically purchased when you register on the online platform:
- + €7 per individual competitor in the S-1200 Distance triathlon
- + €22 per individual competitor in the M-2200 Distance triathlon
- + €40 per individual competitor in the L-3400 Distance triathlon

- + €10 per unlicensed relay runner in the team for the L-3400 Distance
